“My shoulder and neck pain was at a 9 (on a scale of 0-10). The pain came down my bicep and it was a sharp continuous pain. Nothing relieved it. It was happening for a year and suddenly it spiked and I wasn’t even able to sleep. It affected me at work because I wasn’t able to lift things. I couldn’t do my usual routine cuz I’m an audio visual technician – I’m installing speakers and tvs and other equipment for conferences. I wasn’t able to do my job and they had me on light duty.
