In just a few short months I have completely healed thanks to the skill and high degree of professionalism of Dr. Mossuto and his staff. My agility in my neck and back has been restored and I have noticed many other residual benefits of chiropractic treatment. I used to suffer profusely from allergies during the summer months, and since starting the chiropractic treatment I have also noticed that I can breathe freely without the aid of prescribed Allergy medications. It has also strengthened my immune system and I am not as susceptible to colds and flu as I was in the past.

I’ve had backaches ever since I can remember. As a kid my backaches weren’t taken so seriously. When I was around sixteen, the doctors discovered I had scoliosis. All the doctors did was give me muscle relaxers which made me feel like a ninety-year old. Now, at the age of twenty, I finally had enough because I got really hurt at work. I decided to start seeing a chiropractor about 3½ years ago when my brother became one. I had mid back spasms at least 2-3 times a week for about 3 months and would take Advil. I was just beginning to learn about the benefits of chiropractic when I moved here, to San Diego, 3 years ago and met Dr. Mark. I never knew how much chiropractic could change my life. I learned and experienced how chiropractic could help my allergies too. Since seeing Dr. Mark I rarely have spasms, maybe 1-2 times a month (if that) and my allergies have gone away. My health has never been better and I thank Dr. Mark for his healing hands and the wisdom and education he has given me. I have learned how my body can heal itself and I have a more positive outlook on life.
